  Conference Language
The conference will be held in English with simultaneous interpretation into German being offered to the participants and media representatives at the Media Centre.
  Conference Materials
Participants will receive their personal conference folder at the conference check-in desk. Media representatives will be given all relevant information on the Summit at the Media Centre.
  Conference Speeches
Copies of the speeches will be made available after the speeches have been delivered.
  Bilateral Talks / Interviews
On both conference days, separate rooms will be available for bilateral talks between participants and for interviews. Information regarding bilateral talks can be obtained from the hospitality desk, and for interviews at the Media Centre.
  Evening Event and Transfers
A bus shuttle service for the participants will be provided for transfers from the Hotel Bayerischer Hof to the Munich Residence.
  Identity Badges
For security reasons, please carry the identity badge you receive when you check in for the conference at all times, including meals and evening events.
