Conference Papers and Speeches
You will receive your personal conference folder containing available speeches, a CD-Rom with print-quality pictures of the speakers, and your name badge when you register at the press office. Please abide by the embargo stated for public release of the information you will be provided with.
Interviews
We have reserved separate rooms in which interviews with participants can be conducted in an atmosphere of privacy. Please contact the press office for assistance with your request — our staff will co-ordinate the interviews.
Access to the Conference Hall
Photographers and cameramen will have limited access to the conference hall as follows: Thursday, 5 June: Opening of the Summit. Friday, 6 June: At the beginning of the keynote address and once again, near the end of the conference, for the Concluding Remarks. At all other times the conference can be followed from the media gallery. Additionally, media representatives – except photographers and cameramen – will have the opportunity to meet the participants during coffee breaks. Internet Access
The Media Centre is equipped with ISDN-telephone lines enabling access to the Internet. Please note that due to incompatibility with the hotel’s communication system a ‘Call-by-Call’ provider cannot be used. An external line can be reached by dialling the ‘00’ prefix.
