Conference Papers and Speeches
You will receive your personal conference folder containing available speeches, a CD-Rom with print-quality pictures of the speakers, and your name badge when you register at the press office. Please abide by the embargo stated for public release of the information you will be provided with.
Photo Service
Photos from the conference in print-quality will be available for downloading on the photo gallery page a few minutes after the corresponding speakers have finished their presentation. The link will be activated as soon as pictures become available.
Interviews
We have reserved a separate room in which interviews with participants can be conducted in an atmosphere of privacy. Please contact the press office for assistance with your request — our staff will co-ordinate the interviews.
Access to the Conference Hall
Access to the conference hall is restricted. Only those photographers and cameramen holding a special accreditation will be allowed into the conference hall to take pictures before the beginning of the proceedings on Thursday, 29 April.
On Friday, 30 April there is a photo opportunity at the beginning of the opening address and once again, near the end of the conference, for the concluding remarks; no additional accreditation is required at all other times the conference can be followed from the media gallery.
Additionally, media representatives – except photographers and cameramen – will have the opportunity to meet the participants during coffee breaks. Details can be checked with Media Centre staff.
Internet Access
The Media Centre is equipped with Internet connections. Please note that due to incompatibility with the hotel’s communication system a ‘Call-by-Call’ provider cannot be used.
