The Conference starts officially on Thursday, 29 April 2010 at 11:30
am.
Access to the conference hall is restricted. Only those photographers and cameramen holding a special accreditation will be allowed into the conference hall to take pictures before the beginning of the proceedings on Thursday, 29 April.
On Friday, 30 April there will be a photo opportunity at the beginning of the opening address and once again, near the end of the conference, for the concluding remarks; no additional accreditation is required for these. At all other times the conference can be followed from the media gallery. For further details, check out the Organisational

within the Conference Hall.
