The Conference starts officially on Thursday, 19 May 2011 at 11:30
am.
Photographers and cameramen will have limited access to the conference hall as follows:
Thursday, 19 May: Opening of the Summit.
On Friday, 20 May there is a photo opportunity at the beginning of the opening address and once again, near the end of the conference, for the concluding remarks; no additional accreditation is required. At all other times the conference can be followed from the media gallery.
Additionally, media representatives – except photographers and cameramen – will have the opportunity to meet the participants during coffee breaks. Details can be checked with Media Centre staff.
