The Conference starts officially on Thursday, 30 June 2016 at 11:30 am.
Camera teams may set up at the back of the conference hall for the duration of the conference.
Photographers have limited access to the conference hall as follows:
Thursday, 30 June: 10 minutes each: Opening of the Summit; start of Panel 1 Introductory Dialogue; results from Breakout Sessions
Friday, 1 July: 10 minutes each: Beginning of Panel 2 and 3; concluding remarks
At all other times the conference can be followed from the media gallery. Media representatives – with the exception of photographers and cameramen – will have the opportunity to meet the participants during the coffee breaks. For further information, please consult the media centre staff.

Conference Documentation
You will receive your personal conference folder containing available statements and your name badge when you register at the press desk.
Please respect the embargo for the public release of the information you receive.
Photo Service
Photos from the conference will be available for download from the PHOTO GALLERY after the corresponding speakers have finished their presentation. Please contact any of our staff if you require print-quality pictures of the speakers.
Interviews
We have reserved a separate room in which interviews with participants can be conducted in an atmosphere of privacy. Please contact the media centre for assistance with your request — our staff will co-ordinate the interviews.

The Media Centre is equipped with internet connections and audio capture equipment.
Wi-Fi is available for the duration of the conference.
